6100 Building and Tenant Improvements
- Seattle, WA
- Service client since 2013
The 6100 Building is a five-story, class A office building located in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle. The building includes 228,137 square feet of office space split between multiple tenants including Trupanion corporate offices and millennia daycare, Aerotec, and the Sur La Table corporate office with test kitchen. Work was conducted on both the shell and core space, as well as the tenant spaces, evolving the building from a small office space to a major corporate hub.
PSF Mechanical assisted with both shell and core, and multiple tenant improvements, starting with the design and installation of the high-efficiency mechanical systems that serves the entire building. Along with this, tenant improvements have included HVAC ductwork and plumbing updates to tenant spaces, and the addition of chemical feed lines to the condenser water system.
