I have always been supported at PSF with my growth. From the day I started seven years ago I've felt encouraged to flourish. My career began at the front desk. I was able to take classes and work with such a great and willing team to help cultivate my skill set. I hope to continue learning and being a positive contributor to PSF Mechanical. This team is my second family. From the top management to the individual contributors there is always an exchange of “Hi, how are you?”. I feel valued at PSF and I believe in PSF the way they believe in me. There isn’t anyone I don’t feel like I could ask for help and not receive it. I started working at PSF in January 2017. Right away I was surprised and elated with the trust that I was given by such a large company. I was supported in every way by my supervisor at the time and the team members in my immediate group of peers. Throughout time that never changed. The culture at PSF has always been a supportive and positive work environment. Throughout my time PSF has always encouraged personal and professional growth. They provided an avenue to create a work environment that has been both fulfilling and successful for both PSF and me. PSF has promoted me throughout the years from Journeyman to Foreman to General Foreman and now Superintendent based on my willingness to take on responsibility, and my ability to expand knowledge and skill. This was possible because of the training and encouragement by other PSF employees and supervisors. My goal at PSF has always just been to be a key team player. Once I communicated that to my supervisors and peers everyone embraced my journey and helped me to achieve my personal goals. I feel like everyone at PSF from ownership to the apprentice that started yesterday all have an appreciation for each other that I have not seen amongst a group of people this large in my entire 22 years in HVAC. This appreciation stems from a culture that is communicated to everyone who is hired and reinforced by people who truly care about individuals and relationships. I plan to spend the rest of my career working at PSF and hopefully retire with 35 years in the HVAC industry.
