Under a challenging and extremely aggressive design and construction schedule, PSF drove the complete first generation tenant improvement of this 17-story, 335,000 square foot, class A office building through a highly collaborative team effort. The building itself contains various collaborative work spaces and private meeting areas, office areas including that of the client, and a communal rooftop area.

The team’s prior experience with similar office projects, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy on all tasks played a significant role in achieving project milestones. The work on levels two through 16 utilized design-build delivery methodology with an overhead VAV system. Additional improvements included a new natural gas riser for new appliances and features and enhancements to a grab-and-go marketplace. Plumbing included new kitchenettes and unisex restrooms on each floor, a grab-and-go marketplace, and a new natural gas riser for new appliances and features.
