Providence Medical Group at Hawks Prairie

The Providence Medical Group at Hawks Prairie facility is a 27,500 square foot build-to-suit medical office building. The facility is made up of three different medical offices: Hawks Prairie Internal Medicine, Hawks Prairie Family Medicine, and Hawks Prairie Immediate Care. Healthcare services include internal medicine, endocrinology, family medicine, physical therapy, diagnostic imaging, and a full-service laboratory.

PSF’s project scope included the design, fabrication, and installation of dry-side and wet-side HVAC and plumbing. The facility features both exposed and enclosed ceilings and PSF collaborated closely with TCB Architects to design aesthetically-pleasing mechanical systems for exposed areas.
