199 E Blaine is a life sciences and biotech laboratory facility of approximately 180,000 square feet including 60,000 square feet of underground parking. The building is a state-of-the-art, sustainable building designed with functional and energy efficiencies and systems integration. The building incorporates high-efficiency chillers and boilers, non-chemical water treatment systems, recycled materials, and many other environmentally-protective features. PSF provided mechanical engineering and construction services.
