199 E Blaine is a life sciences and biotech laboratory facility of approximately 180,000 square feet including 60,000 square feet of underground parking. The building is a state-of-the-art, sustainable building designed with functional and energy efficiencies and systems integration. The building incorporates high-efficiency chillers and boilers, non-chemical water treatment systems, recycled materials, and many other environmentally protective features. As part of the continued work at the jobsite, PSF provided mechanical engineering and construction services for the Gilead tenant improvement. PSF worked closely with the owner during the shell and core project to plan and coordinate the tenant improvement needs at the same time.
